A beautiful Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail from the Dairy Diary 2020.
Ingredients
- Vanilla syrup 6 tsp
- Rhubarb gin 4 tbsp

Sparkling white grape juice 300ml (½ pint), chilled
- Ice cubes to serve
Directions
- Put 3 teaspoons vanilla syrup and 2 tablespoons rhubarb gin into two glasses. Mix well
Pour 150ml (¼ pint) grape juice into each glass, stir and serve with ice
