Shipping policy
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
At Dairy Diary, we aim to deliver orders to all UK addresses within the delivery timescales selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are working days and begin once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.
UK Delivery Options
We currently offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery – 2–3 working days – £2.99
- Express Delivery – 1–2 working days – £4.99
- Next Working Day (If ordered by 2pm) – £7.99
Please select your preferred delivery option at checkout. While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, deliveries may occasionally take longer due to postal or courier delays, circumstances beyond our control, or during particularly busy periods.
Overseas Delivery
For overseas orders, we aim to deliver within 8–10 working days of your order being confirmed with us. However, delivery may take longer due to postal delays, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that import duties, taxes or other charges may be payable in some countries. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, we will contact you by email to offer suitable alternatives or provide you with the option to cancel your order.
Collins Debden Ltd is not responsible for the loss or damage of items occurring during delivery.
If you do not receive your goods within 28 days of the date on which they were dispatched, Collins Debden Ltd shall have no liability to you unless you notify Collins in writing at the Collins contact address within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched.
