DELIVERY AND RETURNS
At Dairy Diary we aim to deliver to all UK addresses within 5 working days and for Overseas orders within 8-10 working days of your order being confirmed with us however, it can take a little longer due to postal delays.
Your delivery charge will be detailed at checkout on your order.
Please note import duty/taxes are payable in some countries, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your item is not currently in stock, we will email you to offer alternatives or to provide the option to cancel. Collins Debden Ltd are not responsible for the loss of any items lost or damaged through delivery. If you do not receive your goods ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which they were despatched to you, Collins shall have no liability to you unless you notify Collins in writing at the Collins contact address within 40 days of the date on which the goods were despatched to you.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with the item you have received from Dairy Diary you can return it to us within 28 days of dispatch and we will refund the price of the item.
Your refund will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that has not been returned in its original condition.
To submit a return, please make a request on your account page by selecting the order you would like to return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@collins-debden.co.uk.
If your return is approved, our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid returns label. This ensures your return is free of charge. Please do not send any items back without first contacting our team for instructions.
