Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail
Vanilla syrup 6 tsp
Rhubarb gin 4 tbsp
Sparkling white grape juice 300ml (½ pint), chilled
Ice cubes to serve
Put 3 teaspoons vanilla syrup and 2 tablespoons rhubarb gin into two glasses. Mix well.
Pour 150ml (¼ pint) grape juice into each glass, stir and serve with ice.
