Medjool Dates with Feta
Scrumptious nibbles! Medjool Dates with Feta from the Dairy Diary.
Medjool dates 9
Feta cheese 50g (2oz)
Tahini paste 1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp
Toasted sesame seeds 2 tsp
Slit dates lengthways and remove stones. Thinly slice feta and push a little into each date. Arrange on a serving platter.
Whisk tahini with 1 tablespoon water to loosen; season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle tahini mixture over dates, then drizzle with oil and scatter over sesame seeds. Serve at room temperature.
