These Medjool Dates with Feta from the Dairy Diary are perfect party food! Please any crowd by serving these scrumptious nibbles.
Ingredients
- Medjool dates 9
- Feta cheese 50g (2oz)
- Tahini paste 1 tbsp
- Extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp
- Toasted sesame seeds 2 tsp
Directions
- Slit dates lengthways and remove stones. Thinly slice feta and push a little into each date. Arrange on a serving platter.
Whisk tahini with 1 tablespoon water to loosen - season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle tahini mixture over dates, then drizzle with oil and scatter over sesame seeds. Serve at room temperature.
