Make this delicious Goat's Cheese, Honey & Walnut Toastie recipe from the Dairy Diary to spice up your breakfast, or any meal!
Ingredients
- Sourdough bread 4 slices

Mild goat’s cheese 110g (4oz), sliced

Walnuts 15-25g (½-1oz), chopped
- Honey 2 tsp
- Rocket leaves and pear slices to serve (optional)
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium
- Lightly toast bread on one side
- On toasted side of two slices of bread place cheese slices and walnuts and drizzle with honey. Place remaining bread on top, toasted side down
- Gently toast sandwiches under grill on both sides, until lightly toasted and cheese has softened. Serve with rocket and pear slices, if you like.
