A delicious Salmon Roll Ups recipe from The Dairy Book of Home Cookery.
Ingredients
- 110g (4oz) medium fat soft cheese
- 4 tbsp soured cream
- 2 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped
- Pinch of ground bay leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 110g (4oz) thinly sliced smoked salmon
- Salad leaves to garnish
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except salmon.
- Arrange salmon on cling film in a 20 x 15cm (8 x 6in) rectangle. Spread mixture on top and roll up (removing film as you roll). Chill.
- Slice and serve garnished with leaves.
