Ingredients
- Cider vinegar 3 tbsp
- Maple syrup 1 tbsp
- Red onion 1 small, sliced
- Pear 1, peeled and sliced
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Mixed salad leaves 2 large handfuls
- Milk 3-4 tbsp
- Walnuts 25g (1oz), chopped
Directions
In a large bowl mix together vinegar, maple syrup and seasoning. Toss through onion and pear and set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry turkey for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden.
Mix salad leaves through onion and pear to coat in the pickling liquid. Spoon onto plates, keeping any remaining juices in the bowl. Mix in blue cheese and enough milk to whisk to a smooth dressing.
Top salad with the crispy turkey, chopped walnuts and the blue cheese dressing.
