This deliciously fun Cranberry Cocktail is taken from the Dairy Diary.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes about 12

Good quality vodka 5-7 tbsp

Lime juice of ½

Sweetened cranberry juice 150ml (¼ pint)
Directions
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Add vodka, lime juice and cranberry juice and shake well
- Strain into two chilled cocktail glasses and serve
