A stunning Christmas Grazing Platter Wreath that will make an amazing centrepiece. So easy to put together yet so effective. Taken from the Dairy Diary.
Ingredients
- Fresh herb sprigs such as rosemary and bay
- Sliced continental meats a selection
- Soft and hard cheeses a selection
- Salad vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, mini cucumbers, celery
- Mini breadsticks and savoury crackers
- Fresh fruit such as figs, blueberries, grapes, clementines, pomegranate seeds
- Dried fruit such as dried apricots, dates
- Mixed nuts
- Olives
- Dips, chutneys and pickles
Directions
- Take a large, round flat platter or chopping board
- Snip sprigs of rosemary and bay and arrange around the edge of the platter
- If using dips, chutneys, pickles, olives or nuts, place into small, shallow bowls and place evenly around
- Arrange piles of other ingredients between the bowls, leaving a gap in the centre to resemble a wreath
- Scatter with pomegranate seeds for a finishing touch.
