Christmas Grazing Platter Wreath

Ingredients

  • Fresh herb sprigs such as rosemary and bay
  • Sliced continental meats a selection
  • Soft and hard cheeses a selection
  • Salad vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, mini cucumbers, celery
  • Mini breadsticks and savoury crackers
  • Fresh fruit such as figs, blueberries, grapes, clementines, pomegranate seeds
  • Dried fruit such as dried apricots, dates
  • Mixed nuts
  • Olives
  • Dips, chutneys and pickles

Directions

  1. Take a large, round flat platter or chopping board
  2. Snip sprigs of rosemary and bay and arrange around the edge of the platter
  3. If using dips, chutneys, pickles, olives or nuts, place into small, shallow bowls and place evenly around
  4. Arrange piles of other ingredients between the bowls, leaving a gap in the centre to resemble a wreath
  5. Scatter with pomegranate seeds for a finishing touch.
