A quick and easy Banana Tartine recipe from the quick-after-work-cookbook Quick After Work Cookbook.
Ingredients
- Fruit bread (such as cinnamon and raisin loaf) 4 thick slices
- Ricotta cheese 110g (4oz)
- Bananas 2 small ripe, peeled
- Chopped pistachios 1 tbsp
- Clear honey around 4 tsp
- Strawberries a handful, sliced (optional)
Directions
- Toast the bread. Spread with the ricotta then arrange slices of banana on top
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and drizzle with honey. Serve with sliced strawberries, if you like.
