Quick and tasty coronation chicken wraps taken from A Zest for Life Cookbook.
Ingredients
- Cooked chicken tikka breast slices 160g pack, chopped
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Little Gem lettuce 1, trimmed and sliced
- Tortilla wraps 2
Directions
- Mix the chicken with the raisins and mayonnaise.
Scatter the lettuce over the wraps and top with the chicken mixture. Fold the ends in and then roll up. Cut each wrap in half and serve.
