Recipe of the Week: Lemon Meringue Cloud Cake

Recipes that bring a little joy are the order of the day at the moment and this is certainly one of them.

When testing recipes prior to publication our tester baked this for a 90^th birthday celebration and it went down a storm. Lemon meringue, combined with cake – what’s not to love?
