Customers who order their dairy supplies online should complete their Dairy Diary order in the same manner.

UK POSTAGE & PACKING JUST £2.50 PER ORDER

Delivery to a UK address is just £2.50 per order... no matter how many items you order..

Delivery to Europe is £4.00 per item.

Delivery to the Rest of the world is £7.00 per item.

DELIVERY

Eaglemoss Consumer Publications use Royal Mail or Parcel Force for all deliveries.

Eaglemoss endeavour to despatch within three days from receipt of order. All orders should be delivered well within ten days of receipt of order.

Deliveries to multiple addresses - If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.

If you are out when the product is delivered (and it is too large to fit through your letterbox) the Royal Mail or Parcel Force should leave a card.

If you are unhappy with any product received, for any reason, you can return it (within 21 days) in its original state for a full refund. Ring 0845 0948128.
