Dairy books are still only sold by the milkman and direct from the publisher.
Dairy Diary and Dairy Cookbooks were originally published by the Milk Marketing Board and were taken on by Eaglemoss Consumer Publications Ltd in 2001.
The company is based in Crewe, Cheshire and is run by Nick Rowe, Divisional Manager. It is a subsidiary of Eaglemoss Publishing Group.
